Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Responsible for completing quality installations within a 200-mile radius, with a focus on precision grading and dirt work. Must operate and utilize equipment (full-size vehicle for towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), train in our build process, and work with at least one reliable full-time helper. Compensation features a daily pool-install pay range ($1,400–$1,600 per install) with bonuses (sign-on $500, $500 extra per 5 pools, $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week) and daily pay. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program. Availability to start immediately and to cover up to a 200-mile radius; nationwide pool company with established brand and marketing footprint.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- one reliable, full-time helper
- full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
