Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations across up to a 200-mile radius in OH. Must have 5+ years’ experience in above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work, plus at least one full-time helper. Bring your own tools and equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 GL insurance (or ability to obtain). Immediate start preferred with training (3 days) to learn Blue World Pools’ build process. Avg earnings cited: $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install; some installers up to $30,000 per month. Bonuses: $500 sign-on; $500 extra per 5 pools (up to 25 pools); $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week. Daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- access to a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance or the ability to obtain one
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius
- training willingness (3-day on-the-job training)
