Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator responsible for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide own equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level) and have valid driver’s license and liability insurance. Includes 3-day on-the-job training, daily pay on completed installations, and bonuses (sign-on $500, plus $500 for every 5 pools installed up to 25 pools, plus $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week). Installations are high-volume with up to 200 miles radius and 20–30 pools per month; company provides a steady stream of installs rather than bidding for jobs. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- access to equipment (full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) or provide it
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
