Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across an up-to-200-mile radius. Responsibilities include performing quality installations using heavy equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader) and precision grading with transit or laser levels, ensuring timely completion of 20–30 pools per month, and participating in a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Must have 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or substantial residential dirt-work/gradation, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. Own the required tools and equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, transit or laser level), and hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, plus a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to installations; daily pay structure and potential bonuses apply (sign-on bonus and per-pool bonuses). Company provides a steady high-volume flow of installs; no tools provided by company.
