Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. sought for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Role requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus access to and use of heavy equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Must bring a reliable full-time helper, provide own tools/equipment, and maintain license and insurance (driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles and complete 20–30 installs per month, with a 3-day on-the-job training for process alignment. Competitive earnings per pool with bonuses and daily pay described in the posting. Normal pay cadence is immediate payment after each installation, with potential monthly earnings up to about $30,000. Location: Centralia, MO, US. Contractors operate under a contract arrangement with a focus on efficiency, quality installations, and consistent workload.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased but must be provided)
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
