Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years’ proven experience in installing above-ground pools or substantial precision grading/dirt work. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and own the necessary equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer provided. Average earnings range $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install; bonuses include $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools up to 25, and $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week. Required Qualifications
