Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Responsible for precise grading and installation of 24’ round pools, with a focus on quality installations and timely payments. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Must bring a reliable, full-time helper, own equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level), and provide proof of driver's license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. Undergo a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Daily pay and bonuses available (e.g., $500 sign-on, additional bonuses per pools). Pay ranges typically per pool installation with earnings potentially up to $30,000 per month.
