Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator for contract-based pool installations. You will handle high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state, using equipment such as a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations, meeting the 20–30 monthly pool target, coordinating with at least one full-time helper, and adhering to safety and accuracy standards learned during a 3-day on-the-job training. Must have a full-size vehicle for towing, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability coverage. Compensation ranges from about $1,400–$1,600 per day per pool, with potential earnings up to $30,000 per month; daily pay and sign-on/bonus incentives are offered. Training is provided to ensure efficiency and precision grading across a up to 200-mile radius. Company offers are for a nationwide above-ground pool installation contractor focused on consistent, scalable work with rapid onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
