Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment to install above-ground pools and perform precision grading/dirt work for high-volume pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience, access to required equipment, a valid drivers license and $1,000,000 GL insurance, ability to travel up to 200 miles for 20–30 pools monthly, and participation in a 3-day on-the-job training. Compensation includes daily pay, bonuses, and sign-on incentives; average earnings range for daily pool installs with potential to reach up to $30k/month.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance, 1,000,000 general liability insurance
- Access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
