Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. You will install above-ground pools across the state, using equipment such as skid steers/front loaders and laser/transit levels, with a requirement to provide tools and a reliable crew. Expect immediate start, a 200-mile installation radius, and a pathway to earning substantial daily pay bonuses including a $500 sign-on and $1,000 weekly bonus upon milestones. Training is provided (3 days) to ensure adherence to Blue World Pools’ build process and precision grading standards. Typical earnings range per daily pool install are $1,400–$1,600, with potential to reach up to $30,000 per month depending on volume. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, plus a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
