Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/residential dirt work, and bring a full crew and tools. Operate and deploy equipment (full-size towable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), perform precise grading and site prep for pool installations, and manage installations within a 200-mile radius. Training provided through a 3-day on-the-job program with current installers. Earn per-installation pay with bonuses and daily pay; opportunities to earn up to ~$30k/month with volume work. Must have auto insurance, liability coverage, and ability to start immediately. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on and additional per-pool bonuses; daily payout after installation. Company provides steady, high-volume lead flow and nationwide pool-install operations since 1982.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership required)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
