Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for above-ground pool installations. Operate and support high-volume pool installations across the state, focusing on precision grading and residential dirt work. Responsibilities include completing 20–30 pool installations per month within up to a 200-mile radius, using equipment such as a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. You will join a contracting team with a goal of consistent workflow, training, and earning bonuses, including a $500 sign-on bonus and additional pay per week based on installs. Training consists of a 3-day hands-on onboarding with current installers. Company requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a reliable helper, and valid licensing/insurance. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, and a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide it)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
