Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations within up to 200-mile radius. Responsibilities include completing 20–30 pool installs per month with an average install time of 6–8 hours, using equipment such as a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and laser level, and ensuring quality installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience (above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work) and at least one reliable full-time helper. You must provide the tools/equipment (vehicle capable of towing, skid steer, etc.). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance are required. Training is provided (3 days) with a current installer. Compensation indicators include daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and up to $1,000 extra per week for meeting weekly install targets; typical earnings range from $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, with some installers earning up to $30,000 per month.
