Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Must have 5+ years in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, own a helper, and bring required equipment and insurance. Training provided; potential earnings via per-pool pay and bonuses. Immediate start with up to 200-mile radius and up to 20–30 pools per month; daily pay and sign-on bonus offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- one reliable full-time helper
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- access to transit or laser level
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius
- 3-day on-the-job training program
