Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across the state. Role requires 5+ years' experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, and bringing a full crew and equipment. Must provide a full-size vehicle capable of towing, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Immediate start available with up to 200 miles of installation radius and a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. The position is contractor-based and includes a pathway to steady, high-volume installs with the company’s nationwide projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased but must be provided)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Contractor status (not general labor)
