Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. to install and grade above-ground pool systems across the state. You will perform precision grading and residential dirt work with a crew, handling high-volume installs (20–30 pools per month) within up to a 200-mile radius. Requires 5+ years of experience or significant grading expertise, access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a valid license and $1,000,000 liability insurance. Training is provided through a 3-day on-the-job program with an existing installer. Earn daily pay with bonuses including a $500 sign-on and additional incentives for milestones; travel and installation logistics are managed by the contractor, with pay per completed pool.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (owned, rented, or leased)
- License & Insurance: valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
