Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations with Blue World Pools, Inc. across Ohio. Role focuses on completing quality pool installations within a high-volume workflow. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, access to a full set of tools and equipment (truck, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser or transit level), and the ability to travel within a 200-mile radius. Training is provided (3 days on-the-job). Position offers daily pay and bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pools-installed), with potential earnings described as $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install and up to $30,000 per month for installers increasingly productive. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer to learn the build process and verify precision grading skills
