Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and own the necessary equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance required (or ability to obtain). Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Pay includes earnings per daily pool install with bonuses (sign-on bonus of $500, plus $500 for every 5 pools installed up to 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week).
