Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality installations to keep a high-volume schedule, operating a full-size vehicle capable of towing and equipment such as a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and using a transit or laser level. The role requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work, a reliable full-time helper, and access to necessary tools. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Daily pay structure and bonuses are offered based on performance. Company provides a steady flow of installs and national exposure; apply via the company site.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
