Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. The role requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. You must provide your own tools and equipment (full-size vehicle capable of towing, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one) are required. Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Earnings potential includes average earnings of $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install (6-8 hours per install), with bonuses such as a $500 sign-on bonus, $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and an additional $1,000 per week when completing 5 installs in a week. Daily pay is available after each installation.
