Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to install and grade above-ground pools across MS. Requires 5+ years in pool installation or precision dirt work, with a crew (one reliable helper) and ownership of a full-size tow-capable vehicle plus a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level. Company provides a high-volume stream of installs; you’ll complete quality installations, be paid per installation with bonuses, and undergo a 3-day training with a current installer. Travel up to 200 miles monthly; daily pay available; $500 sign-on bonus and additional weekly/volume bonuses are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, and a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Ability to start immediately
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Contractor status (not for general laborers)
