Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in OH. Requires 5+ years' experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, ownership of a full-size vehicle and heavy equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader) plus a transit or laser level, and a $1,000,000 GL policy. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and be willing to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Compensation highlights include daily pool install earnings with bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pools) and daily pay; position offers immediate start. Company provides a consistent stream of high-volume installs nationwide since 1982; applicant applies via company website.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
