Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment for precision grading and pool installs, ensuring quality installations, meeting a high monthly pool-install target (20–30 per month within a 200-mile radius), commuting with necessary equipment, and completing a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Must have access to required equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level) and maintain valid license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Competitive pay with daily earnings, sign-on bonus, and weekly bonus opportunities; immediate start available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide them)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability policy
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Ability to start immediately
- Participation in a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
