Job Summary
Contract-heavy-duty pool-install role for Blue World Pools, Inc.—seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to handle high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state with a 200-mile radius. Responsibilities include completing quality installations, operating equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level, transit), and maintaining safety and efficiency. Training is provided (3 days) with a current installer to ensure alignment with our build process. Compensation highlights include daily earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per pool installation, potential to earn up to $30,000 per month, a $500 sign-on bonus, an extra $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and an additional $1,000 per week upon completing 5 installs in a week. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level; equipment may be owned, rented, or leased
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
