Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator role for Blue World Pools, performing high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations using provided and owned equipment, meeting a target of 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius, and undergoing a 3-day on-the-job training. Requires 5+ years of installation or grading/dirt-work experience, a reliable helper, own towing-capable vehicle and required equipment, and valid license and $1,000,000 GL insurance. Includes daily pay options, bonuses for pool installations, and potential monthly earnings up to six figures. Training and onboarding provided by current installer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Contractor position (not general labor)
- Ability to start immediately
