Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. to perform above-ground pool installations across Ohio. Responsibilities include completing high-volume installations with an emphasis on quality, applying grading and dirt-work skills, and operating equipment such as a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat, and front loader. Must bring tools and equipment, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and hold or be able to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability policy. Training will be provided (3-day program with an current installer). Requires availability to cover up to a 200-mile radius and to complete 20–30 pools per month. Compensation includes daily earnings with bonuses and potential weekly enhancements; expected to be paid daily. Required Qualifications
- Contractor position
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased) and you must provide them
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
