Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations. You will handle quality installations across the state, leveraging your experience with grading and dirt work, operating equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and coordinating with a dedicated helper. Must bring your own tools/equipment, be able to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month, and participate in a 3-day on-the-job training. Company provides consistent, rapid-pay opportunities with bonuses and daily payment after each install.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
