Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator contract role for Blue World Pools focused on above-ground pool installations. You will install pools and perform precision grading/dirt work, working with equipment such as skid steers/front loaders and laser/transit levels. The position requires 5+ years of experience, a reliable full-time helper, a tow-capable vehicle, and proof of driver’s license and liability insurance. Training is provided (3 days) and work involves a high-volume pace with potential monthly earnings in the thousands per installer, with daily pay and bonuses. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased but must be provided)
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
- ability to work in a high-volume install environment
- daily pay after completed installations
- bonuses structure as described (sign-on and per-5-pools bonuses)
