Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installs or significant precision grading/dirt work. Must bring a reliable full-time helper, a full-size tow-capable work vehicle, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased). Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or be able to obtain). Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20-30 pools per month. Includes a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Daily pay after each installation; average earnings per pool install are $1,400-$1,600 (6-8 hours per install), with potential to earn up to $30,000 per month; bonuses include a $500 sign-on and $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), plus $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
