Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Must have 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Requires access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle and residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willing to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pool installations per month with on-the-job 3-day training. Compensation includes daily earnings ranging from $1,400–$1,600 per installation, sign-on bonus of $500, weekly bonus up to $1,000 after multiple installs, and daily pay after each installation. Company provides steady volume of installs; applicants must provide tools and equipment. Location: Lansing, Kansas, US.
Required Qualifications
