Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years’ experience in installing above-ground pools OR strong precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper and owned equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Competitive earnings per installation with bonuses (sign-on and per-pool incentives) and daily/weekly pay. Training provided (3 days). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20-30 pools per month. Immediate start available with a nationwide above-ground pool company. Location: Florissant, MO, USA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide them)
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
