Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across Illinois. Installations require 5+ years experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work. Must provide own full-size towing vehicle and equipment: skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level. Must have license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 liability policy. Willingness to travel up to 200 miles and complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided; daily pay and performance bonuses offered. Tools/equipment must be supplied by the operator; company provides high-volume contracts with steady installs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Bonuses: $500 Sign-On Bonus; $500 for every 5 pools; $1,000 per week for 5 installs in a week
- Daily Pay: Get paid immediately after every completed installation
