Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to install above-ground pools across the state. Responsibilities include completing 20–30 installations per month with a typical 6–8 hour timeframe per pool, ensuring quality builds, and participating in a 3-day on-the-job training. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision dirt grading, a reliable full‐time helper, and ownership of essential equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Compensation highlights include daily earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per pool with potential bonuses (sign-on $500; $500 for every 5 pools up to 25 pools; $1,000 per week for completing 5 installs in a week) and daily pay. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
