Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and access to a full-size towable vehicle plus equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level). Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Ready to start immediately with the ability to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job) with a current installer. Compensation ranges from roughly $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool installation, with potential bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, $500 extra per 5 pools up to 25 pools, $1,000 extra per week for 5 installs in a week) and daily pay.”,
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
