Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment to install above-ground pools and perform precision grading for residential dirt work. Maintain a high-volume schedule by completing 20–30 pool installations per month within a ~200-mile radius. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, own or provide required equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, and a transit or laser level), and hold a valid driver’s license with auto insurance and $1,000,000 general liability. Includes a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer, daily pay with bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pool bonuses), and the potential to earn between $1,400 and $1,600 per day installed. Addresses nationwide/market advertising and the company’s pool-install schedule. Location noted: Lake Saint Louis, MO, US.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Contractor status (not for general laborers or unskilled workers)
