Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. The role involves completing a high-volume stream of installs (20–30 pools per month) within up to a 200-mile radius. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper and ownership of essential equipment (full-size towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, plus a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one) are required. Immediate start with 3-day on-the-job training provided. Daily pay/bonuses available (average earnings $1,400–$1,600 per pool install; bonuses up to $500 sign-on, $500 per 5 pools installed, and $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week). Required Qualifications

- Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer to learn build process and verify precision grading skills
