Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Operate heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer/Bobcat/front loader) and perform precision grading/dirt work for installations. Must supply tools/equipment, have a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to start immediately. Requires ability to travel within up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Training provided; bonuses and daily pay offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
