Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Perform precision grading and dirt work, manage pools within a ~200-mile radius, and ensure quality installations. Requires at least 5+ years of relevant experience, access to necessary equipment, and a reliable full-time helper. Training will be provided (3 days). Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Average Earnings: $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install; bonuses as described
