Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, focused on high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper, owned/arranged tooling (vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/front loader, laser level), and proof of driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability coverage. Role includes performing quality installations within a 200-mile radius, with on-the-job training provided. Competitive pay structure with bonuses and daily pay; duties emphasize installation accuracy, efficiency, and equipment operation for 20–30 pools monthly. Based in Venice, IL (onsite), with contract terms and immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable full-time helper
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (owned, rented, or leased)
- ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
