Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include performing precision grading and pool installations with 6-8 hours per pool, maintaining a high-volume workflow, and ensuring quality installations. Must have 5+ years’ experience (above-ground pools or residential dirt work), provide tools and equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a reliable full-time helper. Must hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance with $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20-30 pools per month. Training is provided, with daily pay and bonuses including a $500 sign-on bonus and additional bonuses per week tied to installs. Apply to take on a high-volume workload with Blue World Pools, Inc.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
