Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in Mississippi. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Must own or have access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a skid steer/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance are required. Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided. Pay includes average daily pool installation earnings with bonuses and daily pay; company handles scheduling and provides high-volume work. Apply via company site to begin immediately.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
