Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, with access to a full crew and tools. Must own or have access to a full-size vehicle capable of towing, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Must hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. Includes a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer; daily pay with bonuses and potential monthly earnings, and a sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
