Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract-based above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installs with precision grading and dirt work, utilizing equipment such as skid steers, Bobcats, front loaders, and laser levels, and delivering quality installations within a 200-mile radius. Must provide own tools including a full-size tow-capable vehicle, training provided (3 days) to learn our build process. Competitive earnings per installation with bonuses and daily pay. Requires valid license, liability insurance, and ability to mobilize with a helper; immediate start available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
