Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to bring and operate required equipment, and willingness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. Offers a daily pay structure with bonuses and a 3-day onboarding program. Must have a reliable helper and appropriate liability coverage. Location: Tunica, MS.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- License & Insurance: valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
