Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for high-volume above-ground pool installations. The role requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work, plus access to a crew (at least one full-time helper) and owned equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). The work involves installing 24' round pools across up to a 200-mile radius, with potential earnings of $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install and bonuses, paid daily after completed installations. Training is provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with current installers. Requires license, insurance, and ability to cover travel radius; pays bonuses for number of pools installed and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
