Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. You will perform quality installations and maintain a steady workflow by completing 20–30 pool installs per month within a 200-mile radius. You’ll operate heavy equipment and tools including a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level, and work with at least one reliable helper. Training is provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with current installers. Earnings opportunities include daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and extra bonuses based on pools installed. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide it)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
