Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. You will install 20–30 pools per month with a high-volume, consistent flow of work. Responsibilities include completing quality installations following the company build process, and undergoing a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer to learn the build process and verify precision grading skills. Requirements include 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or significant experience in precision grading/dirt work, at least one reliable full-time helper, own full-size towing-capable vehicle, ownership (or access to) a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and ability to start immediately with up to 200-mile radius coverage for 20–30 pools per month. Pay ranges from $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install, with potential bonuses (sign-on $500, $500 for every 5 pools up to 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week). Daily pay is available after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Contractor position – tools/equipment not provided by the company
