Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years experience installing pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, ownership or access to essential equipment, and the ability to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 installations per month. Roles include performing quality installations, following our build process after a 3-day on-the-job training, and earning with a daily pool install pay structure plus sign-on and weekly bonuses. Immediate start and contractor-based employment with pay after each completed installation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Average earnings $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install; sign-on bonus $500; weekly bonus $1,000 for 5 installs in a week
