Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state.Responsibilities include performing precision grading and quality pool installations, coordinating with a crew (at least one reliable helper), transporting and operating required equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), meeting a high-volume target (20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius), and completing a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. The role involves working on contract projects with pay structure tied to per-install earnings and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Availability & Radius: able to start immediately and willing to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
