Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator sought for above-ground pool installations across a broad service area. Responsibilities include performing precision grading and residential dirt work, installing above-ground pools, and delivering consistent, high-volume work. Must operate equipment (full-size vehicle towing gear, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader), and use transit or laser level for alignment. Bring own tools and equipment; company provides training. Expect 20–30 pool installations per month with daily pay structure and potential bonuses (including a $500 sign-on bonus and additional bonuses for weekly targets). Location: Ellwood City, PA. Ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile radius required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- own access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or the ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
